Toni Etherson
Scottish singer songwriter Toni Etherson continues to impress critics with her latest release “Born In The Wrong Generation”. The 24 year old has just returned from her Australian tour, which included dates at the renowned Ellington Jazz Club and “October Fest” in Perth City Gardens.
Toni said: “My time in Australia was just amazing and to perform in front of 10,000 people in Perth City Gardens was an experience I will never forget”.
The Glaswegian songstress also performed with Australian X Factor runner up Matt Gresham and, managed to set aside time to co-write with the Aussie pop star, something she is used to doing here in the UK.
Toni, who has collaborated with hit songwriter Steven Malcomson (Lemar, Kylie Minogue, Ellie Golding) and Stephen Lyndsey (The Big Dish), has returned to the UK to sign a management contract with the Street Jazz Music Group, whose clients include Kristyna Myles.
“I am really looking forward to working with the team at Street Jazz. I know they can help me develop my sound and, the Toni Etherson brand, leaving me to focus on song writing. That’s where my heart is.”
Since the successful indipendent release of "Born In The Wrong Generation" Toni has set to work on her next single "Turn Back To Love" which will be released under new managment label Street Jazz along with an official music video March this year with plans for the making of "The Brightside" album to follow.
“Born In The Wrong Generation” is available to download from iTunes now.
